The operating system for a chartered accountant's firm

From the first bill to the signed audit. Under one roof.

Corelytix posts your clients' bills and bank statements into Tally, pulls 26AS, AIS, TIS, GSTR-1, 2B and 3B from the portals on its own, and reconciles books, income-tax and GST every month. GST, TDS, the tax audit, financial statements, CMA reports, documents and your office all run on the same client record. Each figure carries its section and the voucher behind it.

Not an accounting app. The whole firm, on one client record.

A PAN is entered once. Every desk your firm runs reads the same books, the same portal data and the same documents, so the GST return, the tax audit and the CMA report never disagree.

01 · DATA ENTRY
Bills, banks, Excel
Bill and bank scanners, e-invoice QR reading, Excel imports for sales, purchases, journals and returns. Arithmetic must close before anything posts.
02 · TALLY
Posted and read back
Vouchers go into the right company, then are read back to confirm. Masters, groups and stock items proposed with their match basis, never created silently.
03 · GST
Returns and reconciliation
GSTR-1 and 3B workings from books, 2B matched invoice by invoice, ITC risk, vendor follow-up, annual return workings, filing pack.
04 · TDS & INCOME TAX

MONTHLY, NOT IN SEPTEMBER

Most disallowances are avoidable — if someone sees them in time.

Corelytix runs the reconciliations after every month's portal download, so each problem arrives with the date by which it can still be fixed.

s.40(a)(ia)
TDS missed on a contractor
Deduct and deposit before the return due date and the 30% disallowance never arises.
s.16(4) · 30 November
Supplier never uploaded
The vendor list goes out with the tax at stake for each invoice, while the credit can still be saved.
Rule 37A · 30 September
Supplier's 3B not filed
Flagged with the reverse-by date, so the reversal goes in before interest starts.
Rule 88D · DRC-01C
3B ahead of 2B
The excess is split into what you explain and what you pay, before the intimation arrives.
TAX AUDIT · FORM 3CD · FORM 26

The tax audit, half done before you open it.

Each reconciliation sends its result where it belongs. You review exceptions, not schedules, and every figure you sign opens to its evidence.

Ready for Form 26
Tax audits under the Income-tax Act, 2025 move to Form 26. Every Form 26 item is mapped to the Form 3CD clause it replaces, and the map is graded against an independent key: 467 of 467 checks.
How the tax audit works →
Figures it fills
16(d) receipts not credited · 21(b) TDS disallowances · 22 MSME dues under 43B(h) · 31 cash loans and repayments · 34(a)(b)(c) TDS defaults and interest · 44 GST expenditure split
Observations it drafts
Books vs GSTR-1 vs 3B by month · turnover vs AIS · credit claimed early, late or blocked · rule 37A reversals — each with its profit impact.
Questions it asks you
Where only the client can answer: books ahead of 26AS, purchases in 2B but not in books. These become the client query list and, later, specific representations.
A file that holds
Prepared and reviewed by different people, locked as a hashed revision, reopened only with a reason. Built for SA 230 and peer review.

Tested, not claimed.

A wrong threshold in tax software is wrong for every client at once. So no rule ships on the strength of a demo.

1
The rule is written first
In plain words, with its section, threshold, rate and financial year — checked against the Act and the notified form.
2
A second engine, built blind
Written from the rule alone, without seeing the first. The two must agree on every case.
3
Mistakes planted on purpose
Thousands of generated client-years with known errors put in. Every one must be found, and nothing else.
4
Cases worked by hand
The edge cases a CA argues about, worked out on paper and frozen. Miss one and the module does not ship.

THE STORY

One chartered accountant. One AI developer. No software house in between.

The founder runs a CA practice in Kusumpura, the ancient City of Flowers, serving construction and infrastructure contractors: GST litigation, tax audits, bank and CMA work, company formation. Every season he watched good people lose their evenings to retyping bills, matching 26AS by hand and building the same schedules again.

So he decided to build the system himself, with Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding agent, as his developer. He brings the law, the clients and years of judgement about what a file needs. Claude writes the code, and proves it against tests he can check. There is no one else.
