ASSURANCE

Your client's books, held the way you would hold them.

Where they live, who can see them, what is never stored, and how every change is traced — written so you can test each claim in a walkthrough.

THE BOOKS

Tally stays the book of record.

Corelytix posts into the client's existing Tally company and reads every posting back. It never rewrites what is already there.

Posted, then read back
Every voucher Corelytix posts is read back from Tally and compared field by field before it is marked done.
No duplicates
Five independent checks stand between a re-run and a duplicate voucher.
Nothing rewritten
Existing vouchers and masters are never edited in place by Corelytix.
WHO CAN SEE IT

Each firm's records are walled off on the server.

Isolation is enforced where the data is, not by hiding things on the screen. Within a firm, staff see only the clients they are given.

Firm isolation
Every query is scoped to the firm and the company on the server. Another firm's records cannot be reached by changing a link.
Staff access per client
A staff member sees the clients assigned to them, and no others.
Sensitive changes need two people
Changes to masters and locked files need a second person, and say who made them.
EVERY CHANGE IS TRACED

Built like an audit file.

A reviewer can see what changed, who changed it and when — and a filed figure can never be edited quietly.

Tamper-evident trail
A hash-chained audit trail; master records versioned and immutable.
Filed means locked
A filed TDS return or a locked audit file cannot be edited. Changes go through a correction, which keeps the original.
Every version kept
Each saved version of a return is kept with the name of the person who saved it and the file generated from it.
WHAT CORELYTIX NEVER DOES

Some things are refused by design.

These are not settings. The software is built so that it cannot do them.

Keep portal passwords on screen or solve CAPTCHAs
The TDS and TCS returns module never asks for or keeps a TRACES or income-tax portal password. Where a client's GST or income-tax portal login is saved for downloads, it is kept encrypted, is never shown on screen, and is used only by the Corelytix helper on your own PC. Corelytix never solves a CAPTCHA: you type it yourself.
Guess a code or a format
A payment code the books cannot settle becomes a question to you. A government file format Corelytix has not seen is not guessed.
Make up a certificate
Form 16 Part A and Form 16A come only from TRACES. Corelytix prepares Part B and distributes; it never imitates TRACES.
PRIVACY

Your clients' data, under the DPDP Act.

Your firm decides what is collected and why; Corelytix processes it on your behalf.
